Founded in 1992, the TSX Group was initially designed to advise Brazilian foreign trade operations – import, export and exchange –, starting since then to structure strategic projects, whether for the opening of new markets, the improvement of supply chains or the realization of productive capital investments.

  • 1992 - Transaex Foundation


    Association between the Swiss Transorga Trading and the Brazilian SAEX (Advisory Services in Foreign Trade) in Belo Horizonte (MG).

  • 2002 - National Expansion


    Opening an office in São Paulo.

  • 2003 - National Expansion

     

    Opening an office in Rio de Janeiro.

  • 2005 - International Expansion

     

    Opening an office in Berlin/Germany.

  • 2006 - International Expansion

     

    Opening an office in Miami/EUA.

  • 2007 - International Expansion

     

    Opening an office in Shanghai/China.

  • 2015 – Creation of the TSX brand
